This policy describes how Studio HH ("we") collects, uses and protects your personal information through www.studiohh.ca, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as modernized by Law 25.
2. PRIVACY OFFICER

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We only collect the information necessary for the purposes described in this policy, namely: • information provided through our contact or quote forms (name, email, phone number and the content of your message); • information needed to process your orders and payments (contact details, billing and shipping address; card data is handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers); • information related to your customer account (login credentials, history); • information contained in job applications you send us (resume, contact details).
4. PURPOSES
Your information is used to: respond to your requests, deliver our services, maintain the client relationship and business records, process your payments and learn more about our website for improvement. We never sell your personal information.
5. COOKIES AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
Our site uses cookies and third-party tools, including: Google Analytics (audience measurement), Meta (advertising pixel), Google Ads (conversion tracking). These tools may collect browsing data (pages visited, device, truncated IP address). We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies; you can also block them in your browser settings.
6. HOSTING AND TRANSFERS OUTSIDE QUEBEC
Your data may be stored outside Québec by these third-party providers. We take reasonable steps to ensure it stays adequately protected.
7. RETENTION AND SECURITY
We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, then destroy or anonymize it securely. We apply reasonable security measures (restricted access, encrypted connections, strong passwords) proportional to the sensitivity of the information.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
At any time, you may: request access to the information we hold about you; request its rectification; withdraw your consent; request that its dissemination cease. 9. PRIVACY OF MINORS
Our website and services are directed strictly to individuals who are above the age of majority. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from minors. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 14, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our systems. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child under 14 has provided us with personal information, please contact Samantha Samberg (hello@studiohh.ca) to request that it be deleted.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY INCIDENTS
In the event of an incident involving your personal information presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify you and the Commission d’accès à l’information as required by law, and record the incident in our register.
11. CHANGES
We may update this policy; the last-updated date appears at the top. In case of significant change, a notice will be published on www.studiohh.ca.
